Empowering Futures operates a structured, two-site Alternative Provision and training model, enabling learners to access specialist environments aligned to their chosen vocational pathways. Delivery is based exclusively at WEETC in Coventry and Evolve in Digbeth, Birmingham.
Each site is purpose-led, fully risk assessed, and staffed by suitably qualified professionals, with consistent safeguarding, quality assurance, curriculum oversight, and behavioural expectations maintained across both locations. This ensures a coherent learner experience, high standards of delivery, and clear accountability.
Empowering Futures supports learners to G.A.I.N. stability, confidence, and direction—from initial grounding and re-engagement through to meaningful and sustained progression.

Ground
We prioritise regulation, safety, trust, and emotional wellbeing, supporting learners to feel settled, secure, and ready to engage with learning.
Awaken
Curiosity and engagement are rebuilt through personalised learning, positive relationships, and achievable goals that restore confidence and motivation.
Ignite
Learners identify their strengths, interests, and aspirations, with motivation strengthened through vocational pathways, skills development, and meaningful achievement.
Navigate
Learners are supported to plan and progress to their next steps, whether further education, training, employment, or reintegration into mainstream education, equipped with the skills and confidence to move forward independently.
The G.A.I.N. framework ensures every learner journey is intentional, supportive, and outcome-focused.
Established in 2015, Empowering Futures delivers high-quality, accredited programmes for young people and adults. We are approved by ASDAN, Focus Awards, and CPD, offering accessible and affordable provision across Beauty, Fitness, Childcare, Business, and Customer Service, with many programmes carrying UCAS points.
Through small-group delivery, personalised support, and strong partnerships with local authorities, we support learners to gain qualifications, develop employability skills, and move confidently towards their future goals, in line with the G.A.I.N. journey.
Empowering Futures can be commissioned by any local authority. All provision is delivered from our two approved sites: WEETC, Coventry, and Evolve, Birmingham.
Learners are typically able to travel up to one hour to access provision. Travel arrangements and placement suitability are agreed in partnership with the commissioning local authority to ensure accessibility, safeguarding, and continuity of learning.
Empowering Futures Alternative Provision operates from WEETC, Coventry (CV3 3AN) and Evolve, Digbeth, Birmingham, welcoming learners from across Coventry, Birmingham, and surrounding areas.
